Springs

I was wondering about all of the parts that i have been looking up for my 91 318iS, and i was wondering if springs that are supposidly made for 325's and M3's would work on my car? Also would other parts that say nothing about 318's work on my car?

all suspension/brake/body panels are the same. interior pieces, shifters, etc are the same. Motor parts/tranny/driveshaft/exhaust are different of course. differentials are interchangible
