Its impossible to find any actuall e30 pictures of them. Ive seen some e36 pictures, and the quality looks decent. They seem to have only good things to say about them.

seem to be taiwan coilovers much like D2s/ksports/megans
so no good.
look up the thread where the eurostop guy or whoever installed D2s on his mangled car. He has pictures of the actual coilovers. I'm sure the D2s and the BCs look 95% the same.Last edited by drumad; 03-25-2010, 04:15 AM.2008 335i - n54b30

They are not the same as D2. I've read the BC racing coilovers are made by Trust. A very reputable japanese tuning company.
I've spoken to one person on eurocca.net who has used these on an e30 and rates them highly, but had no pictures. And many people seem to like them on e36s and various other cars.
I'm just saying, I would be interested to hear feedback from people who have had 1st (or even 2nd) hand experience with the product.
*edit here is link btw
^and didn't mean for that post to sound so sharp

I don't have first-hand experience with BC, but I know of a couple of track cars that use them and rate them. They have separate perches for ride height and spring preload which is much bettter than the D2/Ksport/G4 cheap shitters. Dunno how big and/or heavy the piston in the damer is, and if the seals will last longer than the instant-death shitters in cheap coilovers. You probably also know already about G4/D2 and their habit of bending struts, snapping spring perches and snapping damper pistons?
What info were you after? People on here will have feedback you won't be able to read much into: road surfaces, differing tyre sizes, coilover spring/shock rate setup, wheel alignment, sprung weight etc will all make a massive difference.Pork Hunt Motorsport

Anyway thanks for the info, I sure this will help the next person that searches "BC coilovers".

BC racing is in fact a taiwanese build company. http://www.bcec.com.tw/
I highly doubt Trust/Greddy builds offsite. Unless they were like JIC and built from Korea, who also recently just went under.
Oh yeah, Trust/Greddy also filed for bankruptcy as well. Poor japanese companies can't compete with fake/poorly made/cheap taiwanese goods. What a shame.
After a few minutes exploring their NA website, BC racing products def do look better than the other mentioned brands, Ksport/d2/etc. Problem being they're manufactured overseas with overseas materials, which has been highlighted before in these forums as being not consistently good quality.
EDIT:
I'm a fool, I just realized I was thinking about BR racing who is responsible for Stance coilovers. Sigh I'm dumb.Last edited by drumad; 03-26-2010, 03:52 AM.2008 335i - n54b30

You would be surprised at how many Japanese companies build their stuff in South East Asia. Hks and Buddy Club are two who not only outsourced building rhe bits but sold stuff as "made in japan" when it was only assembled in japan from pieces imported from Taiwan.
James, I have a short-list of coilovers I would like on my car, including Bilstein PSS9 and KW variant 2 or 3. I'll probably make do with building my own as I have a mortgage to pay for (and a ring etc etc)Pork Hunt Motorsport

^I wouldnt doubt it. It's a shame.
Then again I went american and got GCs. GO AMERICA, FUCK YEAH. Filipino-american driving a german car, with american suspension parts probably on his way to eat mexican or some other foreign food. Sigh.
I wish someone would chime in and either shut me up or support me with their actual personal experiences with these. Most reviews I'm reading online concerning BC c/os are coming from scooby and dsm guys.2008 335i - n54b30

Oh hai Guys.....
You might be interested in this thread:
I'm just working out if these are suitable for the race car. If they are I'm pretty much convinced I will be the Aussie test dummy. Take note, the install isn't the same as your average coilover, making it a lot harder for the average DIY'er but I think the end result is MUCH better.
