Decent Shock and Spring set up?

Hi, I just picked up a bone stock E30 and I want to lower it on a pretty good spring and shock combo... I want it to be decently low and decently stiff, but its just a DD so I dont need anything crazy. What do you guys suggest on a spring and shock combo thats a reasonable price and good quality??

you can always go with the old standby - H&R sport springs and bilstein sports.
