H&R race spring pics, posts please

I have been trying to decide on a suspension setup for some time. I need something that is track worthy. What struts would people recommend for these? Bilsteins?

Can people please post pics of H&R race on their E30's. I need to see how good the drop is.

    thank you - Josh

for the price, get Ground Controls.
GC's are 400 for the drop-in kit. You have to cut your lower perch for full adjustment, but they are kick ass.
Just make sure you have shortened shocks. My bilsteins will be hurtin' by the end of this year I predict.

All true.....'cept cutting the lower perch isn't mandatory. The other weekend I helped a friend install GCs on a '90 325is.....everything just dropped right in. The only downside I can think of for not cutting the perch off is that you loose some of the ride height adjustability. But that's only needed if you want to absolutely drop your car to the ground. Otherwise, it works out fine.

BTW: the set up was 350F, 500R & Bilstein Sports.

but its 400 for the GC and then I still have to buy shocks, its like 200 for H&R race and then I could get shocks...

I mean maybe i could find a good deal on the GC through a friend or sponsor.
I just need to see the drop on the H&R's so i can make a choice on them.

I have IE stage 3 springs which are pretty much the same thing as H&R Race. I have a post in the Member's Ride section if you wanna see pics.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

The best price I found for H&R Race springs after a month of searching was $282 from www.supremepowerparts.com.
