What am I missing/what do you think of this shopping list? opinions wanted

my 186k mile 325i is just about ready for its stock suspension to be swapped out. This is what I have in mind. Call me a sheep for going H&R/Bilstein/Suspension techniques but I trust that Turner has reason for putting those items together Please let me know if you have any suggestions on things that I am missing/should add I would love to hear them.

    --------------------
Front Bushings: Stock E30 M3 offset bushings $39.50 (Turner)
Front Control Arms w/ balljoints: Meyle $159.00 for both (FAP99.com)
    Brackets: $62.50 (FAP99.com)
    Front suspension mounts: $99.50 (Turner)
    H&R Sport +Bilstein kit $639.95 (Turner)
Susp. Techniques sway bars F:22mm/R:19mm $339.95 (Turner)
Rear suspension mounts: "repair shop"whatever that means $39.95 (Turner)

Are there any small items that I am missing?
I would love to save a little bit of money if I could. I am already saving a bit by getting what I can from FAP99.

I'd use Lemforder control arms rather than Meyle. The Lemforder arms are more expensive, but have a reputation for lasting, unlike the Meyle arms.

"Brackets: $62.50 (FAP99.com)" What are these?

You'll need to weld in reinforcements on the rear sway bar pickup points on the trailing arms. The reinforcements that Turner sells are far superion to the flat plates furnished with the sways. I personally think that the IE or UUC sways are better than the ST parts.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

This is what I mean by "bracket"

Is this what people refer to as "lollipops?"

I requested a quote on the Lemforder arms, There are also Ocap brand arms for the same price as the Meyle. Do you have any specifics on the Meyle's not "lasting" When I searched I found a few threads on bimmerforums of people asking if Meyle are okay but didnt come to any real consensus.

Thanks for the info so far, keep it coming!

            :D

If I went with the H&R race springs I would have to add a caption saying "This suspension is hard as tits!!!!"

              I HAVE 2 QUESTIONS!

              yes, that deserved all CAPS.

              1) Will I re-use the factory bump stops , do I need shorter bump stops, or I have heard someone say that you use no bump stops. What is correct?

              2) I know the rear subframe bushings are a PITA. what about the RTAB (rear trailing arm bushings)? If they are as straightforward as the front end bushings then I will do them as well.

The hardest part of rear subframe bushings is removing the rear subframe. Then again, after doing it once, its not hard now that I look back on it.

both are easy, esp with all the home made tools people have posted online

plus its like e30 owner initiation to remove your rear subframe
