how to do this? front shock inserts

im doing front shock inserts billy sports but how do i do it? i just need to know how to get the old shock out

Unscrew the big nut on top of the tube. 2 monkey wrenches work best, as they're pretty tight and probably rusted on.

If you keep screwing for 5min and it's going no where, you need an impact gun.
The shock itself will turn with the nut up top most of the time making it difficult.

yea i didnt get far im going to just bring it to my buddys shop i just dont have time to keep working on it

or you can use a strap wrench on the shock and unscrew the nut on top.
