If you send GC pics of your incomplete kit they will sell you the pieces to complete the kit.

    From their site...

"Ground Control policy regarding the sale of replacement parts:

Ground Control Suspension Systems is a company that has dedicated all of its resources to creating a system of dampers, springs, machined aluminum, bearings etc. to work together in harmony. Ground Control is willing to sell the parts to restore or repair an original Ground Control Suspension System to its original configuration and intended use.

We do not sell any parts to repair or patch up kits sold by other companies. If you need parts or repair of a suspension manufactured by another company, we recommend you contact the manufacturer.

Ground Control also does not sell “half-kits”. Ground Control cannot sell just the front or rear system, because it is impossible to create a tuned suspension system when someone else has manufactured half of the parts to an unknown specification. This would be the same as selling a ”left side only” suspension to match something else on the right side.

Sales of replacement parts for Ground Control Suspension Systems are evaluated on an individual basis. Proof of purchase is required, and pictures, or the physical return of some parts may be necessary. Sometimes, it may even be less expensive to buy a complete new kit if many of the parts have been lost or hijacked."

Ya I read all that to on there site. I sent pics and never heard anything back. I called them and they sent me to someone else that requested pictures again so I forwarded him the pics and never heard back again. I am not bashing GC, they are a very very very good company that develops some of the best equipment money can buy. If my system was bought from them it would have been a better story.

Your argument is flaud. I have a set of allen keys but it's metric. I'm not going to buy an SAE set of allen keys for a 3/16" i'll only use a handful of times. And i'm not going to try jamming a metric in there to try to half ass it.

Luckily I had a set of allen keys (just the wrong measurement system), therefore, by your justification I should be and have been eligible to install them. It was a valid question and i used my massive brain power to come up with a solution....borrowing a friends key he received with his kit. I used the spanners from the e46 kits to adjust the double pirch setup on my front TC Klines which don't use a locking collar like the Ground Controls. It was just inconsistency in what was included in a kit (e30 vs e46) that had me left confused. What would be so different from one kit to the next to not include said hardware?

Since you don't know the full story and jump to conclusions, I give you special permission to shut your asshole from excreting useless comments. But I forgive you since this is the internet; serious business.

I think I am the guy you are supposed to talk to. This is usually easy to figure out, but sometimes it takes a while to be "CSI NorCal" and use forensic data to find out what kit the guy sold you.

You can call me at 530 677 8600.

I am also the "support" email, and I haven't seen any emails about this, so resend whatever you have to "support at ground-control.com".

Or PM me, but pics don't work well there.

The spanner is for sale on the website , but you should NOT use it on an e30. E46 yes, and it is included. E30, no, and is not included.

hey thnaks for the reply Jay. For the life of me I can not remember who i had sent the e-mail with photo to. My suspension project was put on hold for about 6 months do to the birth of my son Jack. I will look for the photos on my work computer but i think i will have to just take new ones. The spanner wrenches is someone else, but now that you mention it I will need some. Anywho I will send you the photos tonight over to your GC email. The kit is complete minus the white plastic spring pads and I guess spanner wrench. Let me know what it will cost me too. Thanks Jay, Talk at ya soon.
