Bilstein Sport or Sprint w H&R for lowering?!?

Well, got a little confused this morning...
I was checking prices on yellow Bilstein Sport suspension and H&R lowering springs and
a guy told me that if I wanna lower my car I should get Bilstein Sprint and NOT Sport, which are of the same stiffness but for the standard suspension height...
So,Sport and Sprint are the same but just have diferrent travel and the Sprint ones are only suitable for lowering my car or I ve been misinformed?!?
    I m at a loss here...

I didn't even know there was such a thing as a Bilstein Sprint for E30s. :| in anycase, the Bilstein Sports are pretty well matched to H&R Sports, that's what I'd go for. sports are made for lowering, btw..

              So,another question...
Whats the stock suspension of an E30 318is?
              Brand/ride height/price?
Should i go ahead and use it on my car,a 318i it wont fit?
Is it Suchs Performance maybe? Will it lower the car or not due to less weight?
              :?: :?
