how to get wishbone braket on the control arm

so i have relaced my control arms and tie rods but i am stuck at this final step
i can not get my new wishbone braket over the end of the control arm
any tips would help,

soak the bushing in hot, soapy water

use a deep socket and a hammer to press it on
