    You want to run more spring than you should with Bilsteins. I'm running 375/400 and they are struggling.

      Im running this, GC suggested i run no more then 375/450, so thats what i did. I am quite happy with how the car handles

        Im on 450f 650r with bilsteins, been daily driving it all the way down for nearly a year, no complaints.

          thats funny because i know h&r race area almost the same rates.

          i think the front is a little less but im positive the rears are 500 + and i like the h&r race/bilstein sports

              I'm running 350f/450r and bilstein sports. I really like the setup, but I have heard a lot of people say that the shocks can't hold more spring. Eventually I do want to go a little stiffer, but the car is a daily so I may just do bigger bars and cut the front stops. Running Vorshlag plates (before the latest version of GCs came out) and I've been extremely happy with them.
