nope, you have many slots for items you dont have, so no wiring harness past the box. Things like power sunroof, heated seats etc.

So if I want heated seats I install the seats and connect them to wherever they need to be connected and then I need to find the correct fuze and put the plug in the dash and voila?

you will need the wiring harness, and sometimes you need it all the way to the fuse box on some cars. Depends on if you have female contacts on both side of that particular fuse location in the panel.

the heated seat fuse location would be the bottom right one in the pic, look inside and if you have metal terminals in each end... your a lucky bastard and heated seats would be plug and play with the heated seat harness... if not, like me when i did my heated seat retrofit, to do it properly you have to open up the fuse box, run a wire into that terminal, and then out to its little plug under the dash...
