    shocks for M-tech suspension?

    What shocks would you recomend for my 1990 e30 320i with M-technic suspension?

    Bilstein sports will suit you fine and last a long time. Boge turbo gas is a cheaper alternative...if they are still available.

      I believe the Boges are now marketed in Europe as Sachs Advantage. They are pretty good shocks! I never tested the longevity, but they have pretty good valving for mild lowering springs.
