Maybe I didn't have to react like I did but I am dealing with an accident where an 18 year old kid WITHOUT A license drove across my path across a main street causing me to hit him at 30 miles an hour and claims I am at fault. I had no time to avoid him as he was literally in front of me and only due to really good peripheral vision on my part did I only hit him with my passenger side fender. (car looks alot like Clavin's after his accident)

The freaking messed up law in Mexico says my car has to sit in the 90 degree heat in an impound lot that looks like a junkyard until the sides agree or someone wins a court case (graft is king here) so my previously perfect 90 325ic sits with unknown damages (since the 10th). I am worried my perfect interior is getting damaged by the heat (I have a reflective cover on it but it is still hot) I am in the dark as to how long, how bad the damage is and if I will have to pay the asshole's repairs (depends on if his crooked lawyer & contacts are better than mine)

Also I have to buy the parts here through the dealer, shipped from Germany (can you say 500.00 fender?) and just the parts I can see that need replacing add up to over 41,000 pesos! That is 3600.00 at a good exchange.

So I am really not happy and maybe I overreacted.
