Will the '95 M3 rack interfere with an M30 conversion? with the oil pan and everything? I know that the clearance is really tight as it is.. Would it be possible??

i can probably get a 93 e36 rack for free. i guess its the 3.2 ratio? is it worth it to put in the E30 when i do the M50 swap. or would it be better to get an m3 rack?

Just to clarify:

To fit an e36 rack into a late model (read: airbag) e30, the only modification necessary is to reorient the hole where the rack sticks through the firewall?
