GC Coilover kit - what's the deal with the inserts/dampers?

      What people don't realize is that the shocks are specially made for GC to suit the E30. I had to piece together a kit because I bought 2nd hand GC coils/adjusters but if I had known what I do now I would have just saved for the entire kit that would have came assembled, pre adjusted and ready to bolt in. Save yourself the trouble of doing the research and finding out what works and what doesn't. GC's already done it with their complete kits.

        this^^ I got the complete kit and didn't have to worry about mickey mouse'ing with my suspension. Bolted right up and never had any problems.

        and +1 GC is amazing with their customer service!
