Cup Kit's "revalved" H&R's - stiffer? softer?

By revalved - does that mean they are stiffer then normal revalved Bilstiens? Or softer? anyone know?

Softer.

EDIT: And they aren't Bilstein shocks that are revalved. They might not be H&R manufactured, but they are stamped H&R. But they are not inverted like Bilstein Sports.
