it does but it's far better to start at a neutral position.

If you go really low, the amount the sway swings back will put enough strain on the link to break it right off the control arm.

      I speak from experience, I broke 3 before I realized why ;)

M3 links are the way to go no matter what. You get a better leverage ratio at the same time too.

Get some m3 style tabs on there and then toss on some adjustable links to dial in the bar and eliminate pre-load.

They make a couple different length m3 adj end links too. I had shorter ones on my group N coils than I have on my bilstein/GC setup now. fyi if you weld on the tabs.

Can the tabs be bought separately?

^yeah, I think Turner and Bimmerworld sell them, as does AKG.

AKG has them, not bad at $40 but I would need a welder...

I might try out my current setup for a while and see how it is, then decide if going to M3 links is worth it. $40 for the mounts, plus $110 for adjustable links, plus shipping is another ~$180

                  $180
                  - The sale of your current adjustable links.

Or you could tack weld the tabs on with everything bolted in and stock m3 links ( no preload and the height you want.) Then disassemble and final weld.
