    coilovers

I have an 87 325is, it is my daily but I am going to auto cross it. I had apexi n1s on my 01 integra type-r and loved the ride quality. I want something that I can drop to autox but then I want something that isn't to rough for daily but I am used to a stiff setup. I also don't want to have to cut and weld for the setup. I know this is a lot to ask but when I am going to spend around 1500 I want the setup that works for me..

    Thanks for all the help

$1700 ish for Ground Controls, I think they can even sell you the strut housings so you can just bolt them in.

So I wouldn't have to weld at all? I was looking at ksport as well.

You didn't really ever ask a question, but you can get coilovers from ground control that are already modified. All you need to do is bold them in. You can also get almost any spring rate you want. You can also search for all of this information.

If you don't want to do any of your own cutting/welding, GC is the way to go.

This. Seems like BC doesn't get a lot of credit around here

I havent seen any bad news on here. Ive been tracking on them and I have absolutley no problems with them. They will even put the sway bar tab on the strut so you can connect your swaybar like the e30 m3

you have to weld it for any e30, even the GC coilover kit. the BC allow you to adjust the height of the full strut so you have full suspension travel

                      Question

Don't mean to butt-in, but I had a similar question..I'm looking into coilovers for my 4dr e30. I'm interested in vorschlag, kw, and vorschlag but am open to any suggestions. I want to go as low as I can and have superb grip. Has anyone had any experience with any of these companies' products? Thanks, any info is really appreciated.

on my old E36 m3, I have had the KW V3 with Vorshlag plates. And KW V2 on my E36 328 turbo widebody. I loved them but I have to stick to my guns and say that the BC are well worth the money especially when you are spending over 2k on a KW/Vorshlag set up.

If you dont want try the BC, then GC is a good proven set up.

I just like giving the new guys a chance at proving themselves (BC) and they are doing quite well in my book.

ive been on the BC racing type BR's since last may, 10k/12k as well. they are probably the best bang for your buck as far as coilovers for this platform goes.
