    Eibach Pro Kit: 148F / 275-343R

IE Stage III's are similar to H&R Race, which are 315F / 570R. Difference is the front coils on IE's get more progressively firm near the end of strut travel, making life easier on the bumpstops.

Basically you'd be moving to a spring with more than twice the stiffness.

      I've read that the IE III are around 375/400 F / 550/650 R.
The BMW 318 is back. With a vengeance.

I checked out an Eibach Pro-Kit car the other day, its laughable how soft those springs are. I thought they were stock.

Let's drive fast and have fun.

Same here. He had stock shocks too, it rode softer than most Buicks I've been in.
