Heres my project list...Im going to get a set of the $65 SS brake lines as well. Have not decided which spring/strut set to go with (I want a close to stock ride quality with a small drop).

I see parts in you list that you probably don't need (upper sping plates and bleeder screws) and I don't see parts that you do need. For the front suspension you need:

Control arms and bushings
Tie rods, boots, boot clamps, and lock plates
Upper strut bearings
Spring pads
Sway links
Sway bushings

For the rear you need:
Upper shock mounts
Spring pads
Trailing arm bushings (and probably subframe & diff bushings)
Sway links
Sway Bushings

I prefer the Rogue Engineering rear shock mounts over the E46 mounts. The Roge mounts are stronger and their bushing can be replaced when worn (cheaply). I always use offset control arm bushings for the better high speed stability that results form the caster gain. On a street car I use the Motorsport bushings (http://store.bimmerworld.com/motorsp...sets-p176.aspx)
As to the brakes your list should look like:

Front:
Caliper rebuild kit
Rotors & screws
Brake pad sensor

Rear:
Caliper rebuild kit
Guide bushings
Rotors & screws
Brake pad sensor

The OE soft hoses are at least as good (if not better) than SS lines, but if you are going to use SS lines make sure that they are Teflon lined and plastic coated (like the ones Bimmerworld sells). I no longer use SS lines on race cars because I have seen too many failures.

Use ATE Type 200 fluid rather than ATE Blue. Type 200 is the same fluid (sans dye) and won't stain paint or the reservoir. When rebuilding the calipers, plug the line as soon as you remove a caliper to prevent the fluid from draining. That will make a mess and make flushing the brake system more work than it needs to be. I highly recommend investing in a pressure bleeder.

As to the springs to use, I'd say to go with H&R Sport springs with either Bilstien Sport of Knoni SA shocks. For a street car I prefer the Koni SA shocks, initially set about one and a half to two turns from full soft with those springs.

You probably also need to replace the motor and transmission mounts.

Ahh thanks, I knew I had forgot some stuff...The extra stuff (drop hats) is there on purpose. Car has fresh super blue already, Ill swap brake fluids in a few months.

I was thinking H&R OE springs and KYB struts, simple setup for DD. This car will never be tracked or auto crossed.

Motor mounts are very expensive for this car, anyone have success with M5 hockey puck mounts or another alternative?
