Okay, I searched and could not find anything definitive and the Bentley doesn't mention it, so here goes. Do I need to install new bump stops when replacing my front struts? I just put in the new strut and lowering spring on the driver side and remembered the partially disintegrated bump stop on my driveway that reminded me about it. Any help or info. would be greatly appreciated.

When I replaced my old struts and shocks with bilstein sports I don't think there were bump stops on the old ones, and the bilsteins didn't come with them so I'm not running any now. I havent had any problems though, so idk. -

Yeah, mine are KYB's so I'm doubting they have the internal bump stops either. Oh well.Comment
