E30 power steering hoses with E36 rack

Im sure this was discussed somewhere in http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=66247 but trying to narrow down the 44pages in one bit. Can the stock low/high pressure lines work with the e36 rack, I kinda made mine work, but its hanging which makes the pump strain and create tons of ghetto noises trying to turn at a stop when first started.

Yes they work, you just have to bend the one that goes from the pump to rack to make it line up.
