control arms

So i need to replace my control arms and i am looking for some guidance.
I would like to know if any one can tell me if the aluminum control arms are worth the price. Do they make a noticeable difference compared to stock ca's. I dont track the car or anything like that however i do enjoy a great ride on the curvy mountain roads were i live during the weekends. i am a pretty aggressive driver and love to be able to handle those curves with confidence. So any advice or info you guys could give me about the differences of stock verse the aluminum would be great.

Ive seen e30 m3 guys replace their control arms for stock replacements.

that should answer your question. They are mainly used because they are a lot lighter. So its less weight up front. But its really not that noticeable.

Go with stock replacements.

The aluminum arms are great but way too expensive now in my mind unless you have a fat wallet or need every last edge for racing purposes which again goes back to having a fat wallet. I got some aluminum arms but bought them new for half of what they go for now and would not buy them again due to their price.

Steel arms are fine. To answer your question though...not really. Only because they got crazy expensive in the last 5-10 years.
