    ground control coilovers

I was looking at GC's coilovers and saw that they say, existing m3 housing or what not. Can someone tell me what they are telling me and if they will work with my 325is?

the link if anyone wants to check it out

also what spring rates would I order?

      Ground Controls fit any E30.

Call up GC and they will help you with what spring rates to get.

You use the strut housings that are on the car already.
