    Anyone installed IE urathane steering guibo

    I ground off the rivets. How did u punch out the holes?

      I got in there with a long flathead and pried as much as I could. There really isnt room for anything else. Another option is to take the knuckle off and do all the work on the bench.

        Yea the knuckle is off. I'm really stumped on this one.

          Also I'm guessing if you installed this it was in conjunction w a e36 rack. Did you have to grind the knuckle?

            Just pry the top part of the knuckle away from the rubber bushing. It should pull right apart. if it doesn't then you need to grind a little more or use a hammer and small punch.

              yeah make sure you grind off the entire rivet head then take a hammer and a punch and drive the rivets out. It will take a few hits, but they should come out fairly easily.

                  i ened up grinding the head then drilling it out...I was concerned that since its thincker than the stock guibo it wouldnt word w the e36 z3 knuckle mod but no problems

                    we got it down, coz we are cool like that.... lol. it just took us until 10 pm to finish. starbucks was a great finish to a long day + the nice drive too.
