I'm getting some steering wheel shake any time I drive, no matter what the speed. Is it time for new tie rods/end links? TIA.

You can get a basic idea of the condition of those parts by taking off the wheels and wiggling the whole steering assembly. You should also check the guibo in the steering joint under the hood. -
Grab a flashlight and a screwdriver, poke it in your control arm bushings and pull a little on the rubber, they are likely shot.

check your calipers had my front ones seize up on me and that was the cause of my stering wheel shakingComment

It turns out that my driver's side front tire was wearing unevenly. I could see cords on a section of it, so I put on the spare and no more shake. I'm still going to check all the other things you guys mentioned, though. Thanks for your help.Comment

One tire wearing unevenly is usually a sign of misalignment of that wheel. That could be from worn or bent parts in the suspicion.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
