might want to do a lift

so i will possibly be trading my low n slow vert for a early eta car.

was planning to use it as a beater, but the thought of putting a minor lift on it and taller tires keeps crossing my mind.

anyone have advice on how to do this? how could i get some stiffer springs that wont lower it?
how can i raise it up?

    thanks

Could always weld the stock perch of higher and run a shock spacer in the front, and find a spring from another car that works in the rear?

Easiest way is to make a spacer out of a hunk of metal that goes between the top of the front strut mount and the bottom of the shock tower. I am going to be making something like this for one of my E30 projects.

For the rear, vert springs with thick or double pads. Another option would be E36 325 rear springs.

You can only go about 2 sizes taller than stock with the tires without having clearance problems.
