        What shocks are you using?
It was a good stiff for me in the front with Sports but a so-so stiff in the rear with Sports.

bc coilover, been in a gs300 with the same rate/coilover and it was smooth.

I just know the j spring are 1k LB which is horrible stiff but good for track which I'm going to do.

            Well those are dampening adjustable.
A different car, with different weight, with different rates is a different story.

No I'm being serious lol. Assuming you're young, 550/750 won't bother you much.

23,I used to have a civic with skunk2 coilover pair up with agx and it was harsh which I didn't like.

You'll be fine.. Just don't slam it on it's nuts like everyone else and lose all your shock travel; giving it a harsh ride.

Bc doesn't have that problem because it use the shock body instead of sleeve like ground control which isn't true coilover.

So you are going BC's.. And yeah I know, though it's still possible by adjusting the first collar like a "traditional" coilover. Also depends how short your spring is. I want to know how low(or spun high in this case) the shock collar goes. Nobody really ever clarifies in detail.

5.5inches in front and 4inch rear, cutting the strut housing to 1inch instead of 2 which will let me go another inch lower.

I'll let you know how things go when I receive my coilover.
