New coilovers on their way, what bushings?

So I'm doing a minor upgrade on my suspension, what bushings are recommended to be replaced and what brand should be sufficient?

What bushings to use depends on what you will use the car for. If this is a street car or one that sees occasional track time, use OE bushings. If this is a dedicated track car the answer is different.

For a street or occasional track car replace the upper strut/shock mounts, CABS, subframe & trailing arm bushings, sway bushings, motor/transmission mounts with OE parts. Using Bimmerworld RSM's is a good idea.

For a pure track car use offset Delrin CABS or TreeHouse eyeball arms, aluminum subframe and differential bushings, high durometer (AKG) poly motor/transmission/trailing arm bushings, and poly sway bar bushings. Front upper strut mounts should be adjustable camber plates and rear shock mounts should be race (Rouge) mounts. The subframe needs to have adjustable camber/toe adjusters added (IE stuff is good).
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Yea it's just a daily street car, won't see track. Thank you!

I like the solid (post '96 m3? I forget) rubber lollipop bushings... centered, just more rubber
than stock, and no more expensive.
