H&R Cup Kit for 89 'vert?

So my suspension is blown and I figure if I'm going to replace it, why not drop it too. Will the H&R Cup Kit work? I'm not trying to get my frame on the ground, but some adjustable lows would be nice. I'm thinking a solid drop, but not too low as to lose the sportiness. I wanna run some 17" wheels in there possibly...

If the H&R is no good, what will work for convertibles?

H&R makes vert specific suspension and so do most suspension manufacturers. They difference is the spring rates. Verts are heavier in the rear so the make them stiffer. Not that the coupe or sedan springs wont work, it will just be too soft for the back.

Good to know. But will they get me fairly low? I think I've yet again changed my mind about the 17" wheels...

The cup kit will work (of course) but the rear of the car is going to be quite low!

I believe I saw a Cabrio Specific Cup Kit on Turners site in the last day or so.

I've also looked into the M3 Cabrio OEM springs as an interesting (and costly) option. The front would sit a little lower on a 325iC due to the slightly higher engine weight. Not a bad thing at all.

Note: Its a Touring Cup Kit. not sure what the difference may be but it says they lower it as much as just the H&R Cab springs by themselves
