22F/19R vs 25F/22R Ireland Sways

Im looking at getting a set of sways to go with the IE stage 3 springs, and im kinda lost as to which of these two bars are better

from what i gather the bigger ones are slightly stiffer, and lighter than the smaller ones. both can be adjustable front and rear. both the same price.

any ideas on which ones would go better with those particular springs (and bilstein sports)

Sway bars can be a matter of personal preference, depends on how you like your car setup. Given that, the 25/22mm hollow bars are probably very similar to the 22/19mm solid bars.
