hmm.. could of sworn i had full ps fluid in the summer and my car hasn't been leaking. guess i got to check it tomorrow. also, the squeek doesn't really sound like a loose dash screw. could it be possible that the steering wheel rubs sometimes against something?
we are hitting the 0c during the day mark and night time drops to around -5c with windchill....thats 32f and probably around 28f for you american folk:P
when my car is cold the steering gets bitchy sometimes but nothing out of the ordinary.
The quick high squeak is probably the horn contact. Pull off the steering wheel and coat the contact track with some dielectric grease. No more squeak.
The lower one would be harder to diagnose over the i-net...
