Call GC. They will take care of you. If you're looking to go low, get your struts shortened. Mine are shortened and I have them spun all the way up and it is still rather low. My spring rates are 450f 700r and they seem good.

But, seriously...call GC and ask them.

the camber plates are different. If you are going to track get the race plates. Also, I had my set shortened by 2" by them. You would have to send them your stock housings for them to do this for you,if not, its $600 more than the price listed. Other than that, I am extremely happy.
Overall, The touring plates are sooooo much easier to adjust and are awesome for street!!!!

I don't bottom out at all. The PO got them for track and auto-x applications mainly.

Edit: Also, I edited my previous post. Should be 700r, not 600...

I wouldn't choose a rear spring rate more than 150% of what the front is. Sometimes if the difference is greater than 150%, the car will see-saw through corners. Keep that in mind.

If you request, GC can make a kit for you to shorten your own struts.

The price is the same if you shorten your own struts

Instructions are made based on your requests, and sent with the kit. If you have a good friend with a MIG welder, then it might only cost you some beer.

thanks i think ill have gc shorten them beacause i want it to be repowder coated and stuff. just do it right the first time.and for spring rates im guessing 700r and 600f? or 500f? it would be nice to have a confortable ride but still be like glue on the road

I just went through a similar process with ground control. There an awesome company. If you just call them they'll set you up for what you needs are and how much you want to spend. The prices on there are just a guideline. Make sure you get the top adjustable shocks in the back... I run 450f/750r with 22,19 sways, it works great. I talked to Jay

Another 1+ for calling them, they will help you with spring rates and get you setup for your needs.
