    Rear suspension limiting strap.

I have a pair of rear custom Bilstein race shocks which I have been advised should not be used as suspension travel limiters.

It may be a big ask but does anyone use rear suspension limiting straps?

I'm interested as well. What is everyone doing for the rear suspension?

Unless you are jumping the car, it is unlikely the shocks will see full travel under driving circumstance.

It doesn't seem it would be hard though to make a strap from nylon webbing and attach it to the trailing arm and the underbody. It doesn't have to be very strong, just enough to hold the weight of the suspension while at full droop.

taking it over some sweet jumps?

the only real reason to do this is with short coilover type springs in the rear, they tend to fall out of the perches with the car in the air, which is annoying when you've got it on a lift or something.
