    camber correction help plz

    So i have a 89 325is. i have just purchased the st springs that were a deal on ebay. i got the 1 inch drop m3 springs. what kind of correction kits will i need to get it aligned correctly. im not doing anything drastic just lookin to stiffin it up and give it a better stance.

    No camber correction is really necessary for a 1" drop. Unless you plan to drop hundreds more run it as-is.

    If you do want camber correction I recommend Ground Control Touring camber plates up front and Ireland Engineering weld-in camber correction in the rear. Keep in mind that the rear involves dropping the subframe which means you'd want to do the subframe and trailing arm bushings at the same time.

      Well as I stated they are 1 inch drop "M3" springs going on an "is" so i assume they will drop it 1.5+/-

        That's his point. You'll gain very little(if any at all in the front), and with that small of a drop in the back, you won't be very far into the camber curve.

            Depends if the trailing arms or strut tubes are bent, how much tire wear you find acceptable, what kind of use you're using the car for. It's a moving target.

            Personally, doing anything like IE stg 3/H&R Race springs or more would be a good starting point for Matt's prescription of Ground Control Tourings in front and IE weld-ons in the rear. But again, its a moving target.
