I installed the IE street camber plates and THR CAB's. Set the plates to max neg (should be around 1.5deg) and was driving a whole new car. The turn-in was amazing, and although I did springs, shocks, and bushings at the same time, I attribute the turn-in improvements to the camber plates. I think it is a reasonably priced setup between full on welded in plates with spherical bearings and M3 bushings, and you don't pay k-mac prices.

      IE list 2 camber plates:
      Camber plate fixed 1 1/4 deg $125

      Camber plate maxi fixed $135

      Which one did you use?

Sorry, I wasn't paying attention. No good pasting a link from an https site. The p/n is e30cpadj. They are adjustable up to -1.25deg. They cost $150 and use the stock upper strut bearings. You could actually use them with M3 strut bearings and get a total max - camber of 2.5deg if you need more.

Do these camber plates affect your ride height much?

Also what does it do to your NVH?

These camber plates will raise the front by about 8-10mm. I have no idea what NVH is.

                  plates

I run RRT plates. Any neg camber on our cars will transform turn in.....

.....but your nvh will be fine because you are using oe bearing which is rubber........ the treehouse parts may affect nvh a bit.
I love sitting down and just driving!

These camber plates do not affect noise or harshness of ride, as they utilize the stock bushings.

an upgraded steering rack will make the turn in feel better

Is putting in a E36 rack any more problematic with an M50 in place (instead of M20)?

Oh one more thing - I've been reading up about the THR eyeball arms in other threads. Do the THREAs work with camber plates or are they meant to be mutually exclusive?

The eyeball arms work with any suspension configuration.
