I thought offset bushings hurt turn-in... The added caster is better for high speed stability, butnot good for sharp turn-in.

Best and easiest way to do it. You can achieve some extra negative without doing too much extra tire wear by going with the offset "crash" mounts for the strut top, or for less money just get a set of fixed -1 degree plates.
