    Ground Control Coilovers

I am about to buy a set of coil overs and have decided on ground control. I have tried to search but cant find a solid answer. I do daily the car but I also autocross and am eventually going to try to do some track days. My questions are:

Is it worth the extra $210 to shorten the front strut housings?
What is ground control's hybrid cushion?
For daily driving and autocross my idea for spring rates was 440/650... is that a good setup?

    Thanks for the help :)

the best thing is to call ground control and talk to mark, tell him your wants and let him suggest the right rates for you.

If you want to go low, definitely shorten the housings. Whether you pay GC to do it, or you do it yourself/pay someone locally, that's up to you.
