    Ground Control Coilovers Help

I am about to buy a set of coil overs and have decided on ground control. I have tried to search but cant find a solid answer. I do daily the car but I also autocross and am eventually going to try to do some track days. My questions are:

Is it worth the extra $210 to shorten the front strut housings?
What is ground control's hybrid cushion?
For daily driving and autocross my idea for spring rates was 440/650... is that a good setup?

    Thanks for the help :)

    Yes

Those rates are fine. When picking rates you want no more than a 150% difference between front and rear. IMO I would go a little softer in the rear though
