Yes sir, you will notice the mod that needs to be done to make them fit. Since the 1,500 kit comes with camber plates am sure you can get the e28 instead of the e30.

Do you have any problems with those camber adjustment brackets that you welded in the back slipping around?

I don't know what adjusters F3ar has, but in track cars, people have had trouble with the eccentric based adjusters. I would suggest going to the IE positive lock kit for a track car. It is a bit of a pain to adjust (I've installed/aligned both), but you won't have to worry about it moving around on track.

I'm not clear on where your "non-DD, but streetable" use falls on the spectrum, but that is something to be aware of.

I will agree, though, that the performance of the GC parts is as good as it gets for your buck. Is there better? Yes. But nthats when you start getting into geometric shock pricing territory.

                    I'll clarify....

I won't have a need to depend on it daily, but if I feel like driving it instead of my bada$$ accord I'd be able too. I come from drag racing and motorcycles, I'd really like to build a competitive car I could autocross in to get seat time. I have experience going straight, but when it comes to turns, I like the fundamentals.

Can someone give me the "technical" or machining term for this?? I googled "positive locking plates" "grooved" and "knurled" but I'm not coming up with what I'm looking for. IE kits are sold out. I work for a steel company and am in pretty tight with a few local machine shops I thought about getting some A588 grade bars and having a large chunk up this made so I could build my own.

I am using the kit from E30Tech.com, easy to adjust and stays in place.

Nice, that's a little cheaper the the IE kits too. Good words of wisdom to that kid with the 300hp dream thread. I was in those same shoes 12 years ago haha. Spent all my graduation money at autozone buying off the shelf crap to bolt on.....These sites are so valuable, shut up, search, read, study, research...then ask educated questions, that's when you'll get quality results.
