I had them on the ex's car with KYBs, loved them. Firmer than stock, small drop, nice stance on a late model M20 car. No pics though, sorry.

Just to clarify, the BavAuto springs are actually softer than stock in the front, and barely stiffer in the rear. They aren't really a good 'performance' spring.

I disagree. Do you have numbers? The car was notably firmer, clearly. I drove it many miles before and after, and even if they are numerically softer, they feel a little stiffer than stock...and no matter how you slice it, they felt great.

theyre meant to be comfy, but it does drop the height a bit...if you want something stiff then this isnt the route to go...

I had them, with bilstein sports. Pretty shitty combo. The fronts bottomed out all the time driving on NoVA's trash roads. Switching to H&R sports was an improvement in every way.

They are rebadged Eibach Pro-Kits, and from the spring rate master list:

I'm not saying they didn't feel firmer to you when you put the Bav Auto springs on. I'm just saying that you are the only person I've ever heard say that, and that if I were in the market for a performance spring I would not chose BavAuto.

If the shocks were replaced along with the springs, the driving impression could easily be that the springs are stiffer. Worn shock have noticeable affect (and they wear out quicker than many folks realize).
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

logic is sound, to my belief my shocks are oem. maybe 8 years old, as there is no shock absorption.

I put this set up on my D.D. 528E. Loved it, although I do not do auto cross or track the car.

that's because the bumpstops were acting as your springs.

I put these on my 88 convertible a few years ago. I have put on a lot of highway miles since then. I'm happy with them.

I had these on my car and liked the setup. Are you sure they're simply rebadged eibachs? I feel it's pretty dumb for bav auto to sell they're springs and eibachs on their website if they're simply the same thing.
