Frankie, I have e36 ti hubs that will work. They are complete with hubs, bearings, brakes, etc... $200. Contact Mike @ 330-321-7115. I could deliver 1/2 way to NY or ship them.

Do you already have the rear calipers and carriers? Before you buy the hubs don't forget you need the rear brake components also.

Yes, the only source of M3 rear hubs is through BMW. The rear discs are slightly larger, so you may want to get M3 brake backing plates. You might be able to run your stock backing plates with a little trimming, but I'm not sure about that.

You can use the non-M backing plates. A little different but they'll work.

Will any other rear brakes work or must they be M3?

I thought M3 rear hubs didn't work in non M trailing arms? I know the front is bolt on.

The trailing arms are identical between the M3 and the non-M, rear disc brake E30. If you get the rear hubs, brake backing plates, and rear brakes and carriers, the setup is now the same as an E30 M3.

So why do people bitch about 5 lug swaps then? Sure it isn't that cheap but easily accessible. Aren't the rear calipers between an E30 M and an E32 interchangeable anyway?

The rear calipers are shared with an E32, but the caliper carriers are an E30 M3-specific part. They at least used to be NLA, but it seems you can order PN 34212226876 at around $135 each. They definitely *could* be backordered, so you'd have to check with an OE BMW parts dealer for specific parts availability either here or in Germany. I think years ago someone found you might be able to open up the disc slot of a 318ti brake carrier to accomodate the E30 M3 rear disc rotor in order to save money, but I'm uncertain if this was ever confirmed.

It's definitely not out of reach, nor is it particularly super expensive to retrofit E30 M3 parts out back.

318ti/z3 caliper carriers will work but the pad does not quite properly position the pads on the rotor. To far out IIRC.

I've been told that e36 non m hubs are a direct fit on the e30 trailing arm. I have a set and will try to confirm if they fit, they are a lot cheaper than the m3 hubs, and retain the same offset unlike 318ti hubs
