    How to identify OEM springs?

Is there a specific paint stripe pattern for 325is springs? Or does anyone have a pic of 'is' springs?

I'm pretty sure mine had a yellow stripe on them. They're in my storage unit, I'll snap a pic for you this weekend if you don't get one before then

If they suck, they're the OEM springs.

I never did get a firm confirmation on this. I found a set of springs locally that all came off the same car, but the owner couldn't confirm if they were from an 'i' or 'is'. He parted out several cars and zip tied the springs together in groups, he just didn't keep track of which car they came off of.

Also, I "think" I have a set of vert springs that have a white stripe pattern. At least I was told they were from a vert.
