    rear noise problem.

So to start off, ever since ive had this car which is over a year ago ive had a bumping or knocking sound in the rear passanger side. Ive replaced my axle shaft cause i thought that was the problem but it continues. The sound only happens when there are small bumps or the road is uneven. I have no idea what could be causing it. Please help

Have you checked your shock mounts?

Yeah the shock mounts are good. Dont really know what else can cause it.

Strut mounts, subframe bushings, trailing arm bushings, or differential mount are all suspects.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Can you replicate it by bouncing the rear when it's parked?

I see, how would i go about eliminating the ones that arent the suspect ?

                E Brake working correctly?

There's not much else to rattle back there than what has been suggested.

I don't see the subframe or trailing arms rattling unless the bushings are totally shot or gone....or loose?

Check the 4 bolts on the top of the diff and the hanger.

If it's all original, all the bushings need to be replaced.

I think they are all original cause ive only had it for over a year. So pretty much all the rear bushing should be replaced.
