Im upgrading my suspension and the last thing i have to get are the camber plates. I use my car as my daily driver still and plan to do so for a long while. Im wondering which would be the better option for me to get; The Turner Motorsport plates with .75 degrees negative camber of The Ireland Engineering ones with 1.25 degrees?

Itd be good to measure your camber first. Maybe look up some ways on youtube on how to do so, then you can make a more informed decision that will get you closer to 0 degrees if you're looking to reduce uneven tire wear. Hard to say if we dont know where youre at now -
If your only going to daily it, with no track/autox/drifting events, i see no need for camber plates.Comment

I can confirm that ground control race plates are indeed, tits.
I wouldn't hesitate to run their street plates either.
On the other hand, those triangular purple/blue ebay "poland" plates are complete shit.Originally posted by priapismMy girl don't know shit, but she bakes a mean cupcake.Originally posted by shamesonUsually it's best not to know how much money you have into your e30Comment

Sorry, but I'm not sure if anyone in here has actually tried what the OP is asking.
I've got 1.25° fixed plates on my DD 2002, in fact it's a very common thing to do on those cars (and I suspect it will be on the E30's as time goes on). Around town I don't notice it, but when I go on a fun canyon run, there's a definite difference.
And yes, NoSnowJustIce has a good point, get a baseline to make sure your struts aren't bent to begin with.Comment

I think the Ground Control Touring plates are the best for a daily driver. I love mine.Comment

My suspension as of now is fully stock. Im upgrading to H and R sport springs and installing new front shocks all at once. And i may also take part in Autox now and again and do alot of sporty driving. My friend has the -1.25 fixed plates on his Vert which is his daily summer car and they seem to work good.Comment
