    Moar Low Questions

okay, so I know I will probably just get pointed to another thread...
but I would appreciate it if someone could answer a quick question!

So I have Koni shocks, and I plan on ordering the Ground Control Coilover Conversion, any suggestions on spring rates. I'm 18 and this car is my DD, so I want to get as low as possible while still being driveable!

    :nice:Thank you!

Call Ground Control. Tell Mark your desires about driveability. Order.

Well yeah, I'm doing that later, but I was just gonna see some feedback who already have the setup, but thanks!

Here's the thing, you're gonna get a ton of people telling you the same thing on top of telling you to use the search function. Save yourself the hassle and flaming. You already know you're going with GC, call them and get it done with. Mark saved me from throwing away excess money on shit I don't need for my setup. Dude isn't gonna steer you wrong

Make sure you have a skidplate. I went low and it became a problem. Managed to get a plate on there before I cracked a pan.

Yeah definitely, haha. I'm on Koni's and Springs right now and my oil pan scrapes some speed bumps every now and then.

Shortened struts. Mine is on uncut housings and I have an inch of travel.
                Skid. Must have.

Mine has 500 lb springs all round and it rides great. I would, however go stiffer for lower.

Link in sig for pics of mine.

My car is as low as I can go on GC's with shortened housings (2" cut out), 6" 450lb/in springs on the front, 5" (I think) 700lb/in springs in the rear and Koni 1547's.
