    ix problem maybe?

my 89 ix has h&r sport springs on it. and the rear of the car has a yellow bilstein shocks on it ( they loook like sports but that raises some other questions) this being said, it feels fairly soft driving it around bends dips, etc but small bumps in the road feel like its got a suspension made of 2x4's. Also, on fairly bad bumps it feels like the car bottoms the suspension out. I am curious what should happen if someone installed h&r springs on stock struts. if this sounds normal, anyone have a stock ix suspension they wanna swap for it? any help appreciated

hey next time post this in the ix section, it will see a lot more traffic from the IX people

    But
The only shocks that don't have a problem bottoming out are the Koni adjustable shocks if you have the bilstien hd shocks then you can open them up and cut out the internal bump stock to give you more travel
but with stock shocks bottoming out is just a problem you have to deal with until you either get the konies or go all out with coilovers

Ditch the bilsteins. They ride like ass.
