Everyone i know in the e30 scene in my town has gone BC. They all say nothing but positives from them and they are relatively cheap when compared to standard shock/spring set-ups. I just ordered mine so we will see!

IE has been doing coilovers for a good 20 years. They are sold piece meal meaning you can usually put together your own setup using IE and other bits if you want. You are local as well....

This has been covered many times (and still is at least once a month), I would suggest using the search function, you will find your questions answered. Bear in mind however, that I really feel that people overstate their actual need for coilovers when a conventual spring and shock setup would actually be a better choice.
