steering rack / tie rod ends

If swapping a Z 3 steering rack into an E 30, can I use Z 3 inner and outer tie rod ends?
Or do I need to pull them from the E 30 rack and install on the Z 3 rack?

Sorry to bring this back from the dead. On my 3/91 318is, which I guess was an air bag car, given the year, has some weird coupler. The splines/shaft diameter on the manual rack is way smaller than the z3 rack that I have. I have verified the z3 rack is the same as my buddies e36 rack that went in his 89 325is with no issues, so I know that it is the same as others. The rack in my 318 just appears to be different and thus has a different coupler. Anyone know what coupler to buy that will fit the z3 rack and the rest of the steering shaft?

Here are the various pics of the couplers and racks side by side. Anyone got anything. This is my first post on the forum. Thanks for existing!!

Best thread I've found for rack swaps into airbag cars!! I will definitely reference back when I'm ready to swap.

Now whats the consensus on deleting P/S with new rack?
I currently have no P/S steering on stock E30 and its fine but how much heavier should i expect steering to be if I get new rack, better/wider tires and possibly smaller steering wheel? Fine for a daily?
