You won't get a 'stiff' coilover setup for under $1000. Go with a static setup and piece together quality parts. H&R's and Koni's. Leave the racelands for the VW guys.

How about these worth the price? And the reason I want stiff is becouse I have spacers on my tires and when it bounces it rubs the the tires sidewall and its destroying it

GC is the best bang for the buck in your price range. Those BC's on FCP are more than likely a rebranding of some Chinese brand. Do some research on R3v, you'll find your answers-

I don't know about really stiff, but i have Megan's and really like them. not affiliated (and do note they have low post count), but another member is selling them well under 1k.

BC (BOR-CHUANN) is actually the parent company and produces most all of the Taiwanese dampers...Megan, F Sport, D2, etc...

I would recrommend the Ground Control setup, because I have owned 2 sets and the rates make sense. I don't understand the same spring rates that CA uses for both the front.

                          ^ This...

...because Mark(who is no longer with GC) actually tested virtually every spring combination on his personal e30s. Something very few vendors actually do.

Koni and H&R race would be awesome. That's static though.
